U.S. Business Loans & Financial Resources
Paycheck Protection Program (PPP): Directed through U.S. Small Business Administration
(SBA). Available for businesses under 500 employees, non-profits and agriculture enterprises
Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL): SBA-directed low-interest loan for Small business
owners and qualified agricultural businesses
Express Bridge Loans: Directed through SBA. Enables small businesses who currently have a
business relationship with an SBA Express Lender to access up to $25,000 quickly
Debt Relief: Directed through SBA, paying 6 months of principal, interest and associated fees
borrowers owe for all current 7(a), 504, and Microloans in regular servicing status as well as new
7(a), 504, and Microloans disbursed prior to September 27, 2020
IRS Employee Retention Credit: Refundable tax credit is 50% of up to $10,000 in wages paid by
an eligible employer whose business has been financially impacted by COVID-19.
New York Forward Loan Fund (NYFLF): aimed at supporting New York State small businesses,
nonprofits and small landlords as they reopen after the COVID-19 outbreak and NYS on PAUSE
Save Small Business Fund: U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation fund to provide $5,000 grants
to eligible small employers
